Henry Sokol of Villanova fashioned a solid 4-over-par 76 at Lebanon Country Club to capture a Philadelphia Section PGA Junior Tour victory Oct. 20th in the 13-to-15 division.
Henry Sokol made birdies at the second, fifth, 12th and 14th holes and had seven pars on his scorecard as he rolled to a four-shot margin over the rest of the field for his sixth Philly Junior Tour victory in 2024.
Quinn Marshall of Wilmington, Del. made a birdie on the 17th hole and had nine pars on his card as he earned runnerup honors with an 80.
Callen Emonston of Thurmont, Md. was another three shots behind Marshall in third place as he made birdies at the seventh and 10th holes and had seven pars on his card on his way to an 83.
Drew Gebhard, playing close to his Lebanon home, took fourth place with an 89, Dylan Campion of Bala Cynwyd was fifth and Jack Sokol, Henry’s twin brother, finished sixth with a 91.
William Quartermain of Bryn Mawr and Collin Padovani of Jonestown shared seventh place, each signing for a 93, Carter Johnson of Berwyn was ninth with a 94 and Landon Chandler of Lancaster finished 10th with a 99.
James Kulesa of Doylestown rounded out the field in the 13-to-15 division as he finished in 11th place with a 100.
Scott Twilley of Pipersville had seven pars on his scorecard, six of them on the incoming nine at Lebanon, as he finished at the top of the leaderboard in the 16-to-18 division with a 91.
Shaun Zhu of Downingtown had four pars on his card as he earned runnerup honors with a 98.
Jack Sciubba of Voorhees Township, N.J. rounded out the scoring in the 16-to-18 division as he had three pars on his card to finish in third place with a 102.
Raegan Yeung of Middletown made a birdie on the 16th hole and had five pars on her scorecard as she earned a Philly Junior Tour win in the girls 13-to-15 division with a 96.
Addison Murphy of Phoenixville rounded out a short field in the 13-to-15 division as she had two pars on her card to take runnerup honors with a 121.
Preston Minio of Lansdale made a birdie at the second hole and had six pars on his scorecard, including a run of five straight pars from the fourth through the eighth holes, as he bested the field of nine-holers with a 1-over 38.
Cole Miller of York made a birdie at the second hole and had four pars on his card as he finished four shots behind Minio in second place with a 5-over 42.
Connor Michaels of Lancaster and Smith Rawes of Elkins Park shared third place as he registered a 44. Michaels had five pars on his card while Rawes had three pars on his card.
Baylor Keim of Blue Bell finished alone in fifth place with a 45 and the trio of Andrew DEila of Clarks Summit, Charlie Sears of Wilmington, Del. and Zheng Yan of Malvern ended up in a tie for sixth, each recording a 50.
Enzo Markert of Ambler rounded out the field in the coed 12-and-under division as he finished in ninth place with a 58.
