Tower Hill School senior Michael Dignazio put together a solid 3-over-par 75 at Wild Quail Golf & Country Club in Wyoming, Del. to claim a Philadelphia Section PGA Junior Tour victory in the 16-to-18 division Oct. 8th.

Dignazio, who helped Tower Hill capture the Delaware scholastic team crown in the spring, made birdies on the fifth and 10th holes and had 11 pars on his scorecard as a sunny, breezy Sunday came on the heels of a rainy Saturday in the Dover area.
