Colin Vineburg of Sparks, Md. put together a steady 3-over-par 75 on a beautiful late summer Saturday at Tanglewood Manor Golf Club in Quarryville in southern Lancaster County to finish atop the leaderboard in the 16-to-18 division and claim a Philadelphia Section PGA Junior Tour victory.

Vineburg made birdies on the 10th, 12th and 17th holes and had 10 pars on his scorecard, including eight straight from the second through the ninth holes to close out the outgoing nine at the par-72 Tanglewood Manor layout.
