Radnor's Liberman a Junior Tour winner at Landis Creek



   Radnor senior Jacob Liberman took top honors in the 16-to-18 division in a match of cards with Matthew Davis of Doylestown after both players carded 4-over 74s in a Philadelphia Section PGA Junior Tour stop at Landis Creek Golf Club in Limerick Tuesday.
   Liberman had four birdies in his round over the 6,042-yard, par-70 Landis Creek layout with the final six holes deciding the outcome. Davis matched the scorecard on the front nine with nine straight pars.
   Kohltin Bartlow of Montgomery had two birdies in a 5-over 75 round that gave him third place. Jonathan Green of Lafayette Hill finished fourth with a 76 and Jared Berger of Blue Bell and Alexander Cloak of Oley shared fifth place, each player posting a 78.
   Brandon Cassidy of Doylestown and Matt Aprile of Plymouth Meeting finished in a tie for seventh at 79 and Radnor junior Daniel Bullock of Wayne and Alex Parlanti of Collegeville ended up in a tie for ninth at 80.
   Morgan Lofland of Paoli bested the 13-to-15 division field with a 77. He was 1-over on the par-3s at Landis Creek. James Leroux of Radnor finished second with a 79 that included a birdie on the par-5 third.
   Alec Stern of Bryn Mawr and Tyler Teague of Paoli shared third place, each player carding an 80. James  Omalley of Harleysville and Dylan Gooneratne of Plymouth Meeting were deadlocked in fifth place at 81. Matthew Lafond of Blue Bell was alone in seventh place with an 82.
   Brian McCartin of Doylestown and Jacob Sokalsky of Garnet Valley shared eighth place at 84. Rounding out the top 10 were three players – Davis Flannery of Wayne, James Quinn of Radnor and Jack Murray of Pottstown – who finished tied for 10th at 85.
   Camille O’Halloran of Northfield, N.J. claimed a victory in the girls 16-to-18 division with an 85. Liv Juliana of Malvern was the runnerup with an 87.
   Casey Oppenheimer of Conshohocken placed third with a 91, Alyson Rentschler of Hamburg took fourth with a 92, Elaina McGarrigle of Wernersville was fifth with a 97, Courtney Caiola of Schwenksville was sixth with a 107 and Sera McClintock of West Chester finished seventh with a 112.
   Victoria Kim of West Chester finished atop the 13-to-15 division with an 86. Grace Enright of Doylestown was two shots back in second with an 88.
   Grace Wang of Belle Mead, N.J. placed third with a 92, Amanda Gerrish of Hummelstown took fourth with a 94, Cecilia Priolo of Ambler was fifth with a 96 and Lindsey Fagarasi was sixth with a 99.
   Darren Nolan topped the nine-holers with a 41 that included a birdie on the seventh hole. Kevin Lafond of Blue Bell was the runnerup with a 42.
   Kristof Kopicky of Garnet Valley and Christopher Buysse of Paoli shared third place, each carding a 45. The Hurchallas of Wallingford grabbed the next two spots, Charlie finishing fifth with a 48 and Matthew taking sixth with a 50. Aidan Scott of Harleysville placed seventh with a 51 and Megan Adelman of Bryn Mawr and Sydney Yermish of Wynnewood shared eighth place at 60.
