Brady's even-par total gives him a rain-shortened Junior Tour victory at Northampton Valley

Paul Brady of Schwenksville really had it going when rain stopped his round after 10 holes Wednesday, but he still earned a first-place medal in the 13-to-15 division in a Philadelphia Section PGA Junior Tour stop at Northampton Valley Country Club in Richboro, Bucks County.
Brady matched par on the front nine with a 35 at the 6,359-yard Northampton Valley layout and added a par at the 10th to capture top honors in the division with an even-par 39. John Lee of Jamison was the runnerup with a 3-over 42.
Kevin Lydon of Doylestown and Aaron Skii of West Chester shared third place, each posting a 4-over 43. The foursome of Scott Hughes of Ambler, Jack Quinn of Jamison, Luke Turse of Hainesport, N.J. and Alexander Feraco of Furlong finished in a tie for fifth, each signing for a 45.
Rounding out the top 10 were Kristof Kopecky of Garnet Valley and Luke Corcoran of Lansdale, both of whom carded a 46 to finish in a tie for ninth.
Leo Brunk of Newtown rode a fast start to a solid 4-over 55 total as he took top honors in a 16-to-18 division that was halted after 13 holes. Brunk made pars on five of the first six holes and a birdie on the third hole.
Ryan Rearden of Yardley also got off to quick start, going birdie, par, par to open his round on his way to a 1-over 36 on Northampton Valley’s front nine. Rearden ended up with a 5-over 56 to finish a shot behind Brunk  in second.
Garnet Valley senior Jake Sokalsky put up a 2-over 37 on the front nine on his way to a 6-over 57 that left him alone in third place. Christopher Myers of Yardley took fourth place with a 7-over 58, Mario Ventresca III of Blue Bell was fifth with a 59 and Ty Thornton of Warminster was sixth with a 61.
Blake Stewart of Perkasie and Stephen Cain of Yardley shared seventh place, each posting a 63. Jimmy Casper of Huntingdon Valley finished ninth with a 65 and George Wicks IV of Phoenixville rounded out the top 10 as he finished alone in 10th place with a 70.
Kiley Alt of Washington Crossing was the only entry in the girls 13-to-15 division and fought through the rain to post a 65 for nine holes.
Davis Conaway of West Chester made back-to-back pars at the third and fourth holes on his way to a 9-over 44 to best the field of nine-holers.
Clarissa Leung of Villanova made a par at the fifth hole and finished her round with a birdie at the ninth hole as she claimed runnerup honors in the coed 12-and-under division with a 46, two shots behind Conaway. Brady Kelly of Warrington finished third with a 56.
